Know more about usMore than software. Tailored delivery, real people, full compliance.
Services tailored to you.
No two operations run alike, so nothing ships off the shelf — every module is fitted to your machines, contracts and workflows.
See the product first.
Book a meeting with the people who build the platform and walk through it on scenarios from your own operation — not a canned demo.
Security and compliance built in.
GDPR-compliant data handling, and fluency in the standards your field runs on — EUDR traceability and StanForD 2010 machine data.
Questions we get asked. Answered straight.
How quickly can we start?
A single module usually runs in production within four to eight weeks, because the first job is fitting it to how you already work rather than building from nothing. Discovery takes a week or two of that, and it is the part that decides everything after it.
Do we have to replace the systems we already use?
No. Most operations keep their accounting and payroll exactly where they are — we integrate with them. Replacing a system that works is expensive and risky, and it is rarely what solves the problem you called us about.
Will it work with our machines?
If a harvester or forwarder writes StanForD 2010, we read it — that covers the modern fleet from every major manufacturer. Older machines and mixed fleets usually still work; the honest answer depends on what the head actually exports, so we check yours before promising anything.
Does it work where there is no signal?
Yes. The field apps hold everything locally and sync when coverage comes back, because an operator at the end of a forest road cannot wait for a bar of signal. A phone can spend a full shift offline without losing a single record.
Where does our data live?
On EU servers, handled under GDPR, and it stays yours. You can export the whole dataset at any time in a format you can actually use, and nothing gets shared with anyone else — including other Timbexo customers.
Can you handle EUDR reporting?
Yes. Plot-level geolocation, an unbroken chain of custody from stump to mill, and the due-diligence statement come out of data the operation already captures. The work is making that capture consistent enough to defend, which is mostly a workflow question rather than a software one.
What happens after launch?
We train your operators in the field rather than over a slide deck, and stay reachable afterwards. A call reaches the people who actually built your setup — there is no ticket queue standing between you and them.
Who will we actually work with?
The same small team from the first call onward, not a salesperson who hands you over. Half of them have stood on a landing in the rain, which is why the early questions tend to be about your workflow rather than your software.
Can you take over a system someone else built?
Often, yes. We read the code and the data first, then tell you honestly whether extending it or replacing it is the cheaper path — including the times the answer is to keep what you have and change nothing.
How is it priced?
A fixed price for the build, then a monthly fee that scales with the machines and users on the platform — no per-seat surprises when a crew grows for a season. You get the number after discovery, when it is a real estimate rather than a guess.
